A Sample Source File

This file shows an example of an HTML 3.0 compatible source file. It contains equations delimited by MATH tags like this:

∑_n=1_^&infty;^ 1n^2^ = π^2^6

The WebEQ authoring environment will automatically generate the necessary applet tags to view this document under Netscape 2.0.

It is also possible to pass optional parameters to WebEQ by including them as parameters in the MATH tag like this:

x^2^ + 2x + 1 = (x + 1)^2^
